Our time at Su Casa has been wonderful. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, laughter, hugs, and relaxation are just a few of the things we have enjoyed here.

We loved spending time together as a family with our dogs and making memories under the warm Florida sun. The pool and spa became the heart of our vacation, and we also enjoyed visiting Sanibel, Fort Myers, Bowman's Beach, and taking a boat tour where we saw dolphins, stingrays, manatees, countless birds, and many fish.

One of the most meaningful parts of this vacation was simply being together. Our daughter is fifteen, and we know these special family vacations become more precious as children grow older. We are incredibly grateful for the memories, love, and time we shared in this beautiful home.

Hallo Familie Nagel Wir haben hier in Ihrem Ferienobjekt einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und die Ruhe gefunden, die wir gesucht haben. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Ambiente der Aussenterrasse mit dem Pool fanden wir auch genial. Eigentlich haben wir die Innenräume gar nicht genutzt. Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral. Man kann alles, was das Herz begehrt, in kürzester Fahrzeit erreichen. Das Haus war sehr schön, sauber und einladend hergerichtet. Wir werden in wenigen Stunden hier abreisen. Aber der nächste Urlaub hier in Cape Coral ist schon in Planung. Vielen Dank und ganz liebe Grüße von den Rand-Berlinern. Die krümelnden Meier`s (Die kleine Aufmerksamkeit mit dem Brettchen fanden wir ganz toll)

Sehr geehrtes Team, die Anlage Crown Point ist gut gelegen und bietet eine perfekte Anbindung zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zur Autobahn und mit dem Auto erreicht man einfach und schnell den Strand und Old Naples. Die Villa Crown Point haben wir aufgeräumt, sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Fahrräder, Strandstühle, Kühlbox; Gasgrill, Handtücher in Hülle und Fülle..... vorgefunden. Der Außenbereich war nicht optimal gepflegt. Die Wegbeschreibung, die Schlüsseldeponierung und die Betreuung vor Ort waren perfekt. Annemarie war jederzeit zu erreichen. Außerdem durften wir länger als im Mietvertrag festgehalten im Haus bleiben. Die Villa Crown Point ist insgesamt ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, wir würden aber jedem das Haus weiterempfehlen. Einfach ein Traum. Super erholt, hat alles gepasst.
Positiv: Gute und ruhige Lage. Schön eingerichtet. Hat alles, was man braucht.
Großer Pool mit coolem Pooldeck. Mit Deckenventi über Esstisch. Richtig gemütlich. Nicht zu vergessen die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Verwalter, die Fam. Nagel. Nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles.
Negativ: Jetzt ist zwar schon klagen auf hohem Niveau. Kein Plattenweg zum Kanal. Mussten durch Wiese laufen.
Beste Reisezeit: Spring, summer, autumn, winter - Das ganze Jahr.
Restaurant: Henry Ford Garage. - Gemütlich, interessant und der Duft. Ahh!
Ausflüge: Fort Meyers Beach - Baden, Strand, shoppen und gemütlich essen.
Wahnsinns Sonnenuntergänge.

Traumhaus, wunderschöner Pool, gute Lage

Liebe Frau Nagel, das Haus Bahama entsprach allen Erwartungen!!! Es war so schön, dass es uns (2 Erw. + 2 Kindern) tatsächlich sehr schwer fiel wieder Richtung Heimat zu fliegen. Von der Lage, der Einrichtung und dem Ambiente ist die Villa Bahamas unserer Meinung nach perfekt. Gerne kommen wir wieder nach Florida........ und dann am liebsten in die Villa Bahama!!!!

The Villa Alison is a well kept lovely home with great amenities. The pool is fabulous and Beate who tends to the rental was amazing. Any issue we had (we needed an umbrella for the unexpected rain!) she responded immediately. I totally recommend this rental as we enjoyed our stay for 2 years for a month long holiday! We hope to return again sometime soon.

We've been coming to Cape Coral for over 10 years and have rented three different homes. Orange Cove is by far our favorite. It's centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood, and well stocked with just what we need for our vacation. If an issue with the home comes up, it is promptly fixed to our satisfaction.

This home on Cape Coral is the best we've found in 12 years of renting in this area. We rented for 29 nights including Christmas and New Year 2024.The whole property is well maintained and immaculately clean. It's also very well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen ware etc. The master bedroom and ensuite are both very large and the bed is very comfortable. The walk in wardrobe is also spacious.The great room has a lovely high ceiling and the leather sofas are fantastic, with adjustable headrests and footrests.The pool is a good size and with the pool heating on it reached a very comfortable temperature helped by the pool cover which we used every night. The outside seating and sunbeds are in great condition and comfortable to use all day with plenty of towels provided. This home is in a quiet neighbourhood but really close to Del Prado for easy access to shops and restaurants. The property management are easy to deal with and available to help out but we had no problems during our stay. We would recommend this home to anyone staying in Cape Coral and we hope to be able to return soon.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Betreuung durch die Verwaltung war ebenfalls vorbildlich. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Warmwasser wurde recht schnell erledigt.

My husband, daughter and I had a great time in Cape Coral. This house was perfect for us. It was comfortable and clean with a great location. Royal Invest was an excellent company to deal with. The service was exceptional! We had such a great time that we are going back for a month in 2011 to the same property.
