We greatly enjoyed our time at Su Casa. Bridgette was so kind, and responsive. We enjoyed the pool and Spa, and being on the end of the cul de sac to see the water. We saw many birds, fish, lizards, and iguanas at the house. We visited Sanibel Island, Ft. myers, and Bowman beach. We enjoyed seeing manatee, dolphin, birds, and sting rays on a local boat tour. The home was reasonable priced for our family, and we really enjoyed being a private home to enjoy having our dogs as well

Our time at Su Casa has been wonderful. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, laughter, hugs, and relaxation are just a few of the things we have enjoyed here.
We loved spending time together as a family with our dogs and making memories under the warm Florida sun. The pool and spa became the heart of our vacation, and we also enjoyed visiting Sanibel, Fort Myers, Bowman's Beach, and taking a boat tour where we saw dolphins, stingrays, manatees, countless birds, and many fish.
One of the most meaningful parts of this vacation was simply being together. Our daughter is fifteen, and we know these special family vacations become more precious as children grow older. We are incredibly grateful for the memories, love, and time we shared in this beautiful home.

We had another wonderful time at 'Villa Su Casa'. Spent 3 months there. The hosts Brigitte and Tarek are great. Very responsive when we contact them. The new flooring in the Lanai area is amazing. The pool is the highlight of our stay. We spent a lot of time in downtown Cape Coral. There are several restaurants we enjoy including Hooked Island Grill, Merricks Fishtail Grill, Front Porch Social so many more....
Looking forward to next year.

"Our stay at Villa Su Casa was wonderful. The pool and outside living area was the best. We didn't even need to heat the pool! The house had everything we needed. It's always the little things, and Bridget thought of those! No issues with the Wifi and TV. Bridget and her team were very responsive and provided some great tips. Like Farmer Joes! We were there more than once. Also, don't forget to go to the Farmers Market in Cape Coral on Saturday's. The produce was amazing. Sanibel and Lovers Beach Park are close by if you would like a beach day. We would strongly recommend a vacation or longer stay at Villa Su Casa."

We love staying at the Villa Su Casa. The rental is perfect for us. The house is always very clean at check-in.
It's located in a great part of Cape Coral. Publix grocery store is 5 minutes away.
The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds are comfortable. The pool in the large Lanai is our favorite.
The Hosts (Tarek and Brigitte) are 'very responsive' when we need something.
We like to go downtown Cape Coral so we Uber or Lyft to the several restaurants and bars. You can walk to many places.
We are looking forward to next year!!

Wir haben hier in Ihrem Ferienobjekt einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und die Ruhe gefunden, die wir gesucht haben. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Ambiente der Aussenterrasse mit dem Pool fanden wir auch genial. Eigentlich haben wir die Innenräume gar nicht genutzt.
Die Lage ist auch sehr zentral. Man kann alles, was das Herz begehrt, in kürzester Fahrzeit erreichen.
Das Haus war sehr schön, sauber und einladend hergerichtet.
Wir werden in wenigen Stunden hier abreisen. Aber der nächste Urlaub hier in Cape Coral ist schon in Planung.

Thank you for allowing us to share in your wonderful house of Cape Coral. We enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks with our family and 2 small dogs. This is the 4th year in Cape Coral. This is our comfort zone in Florida. We were just so touched by the devastation of Hurricane Ian on Fort Meyers Beach and surrendering area.
Brigitte, you have been so nice and always addressed our concerns or problems very promptly. Thank you also for the name tags for our 2 dogs. Your handy man was very polite and efficient. The biggest safety hazard is the wood posts mounted on the dock. There are so unsafe, someone may get hurt or fall in the water.

This property was just as described and very clean. The check-in / check-out process was seamless and Brigitte was just a text away to answer any questions. We were provided with bath towels and large pool towels, as well as great quality, spa toiletries to use. There were pool floaties and toys for the kids, as well as buckets, shovels, chairs, and a cooler for the beach. We are very glad we chose this home for our stay and hope to stay again in the future! We felt it was completely reasonable to ask that we not use the decorative throw pillows and duvets while we sleep. Due to COVID, most hotels aren't even putting duvets on the beds anymore. It was not a big deal at all to fold up the duvet and stash it in the closet for our stay. Thanks for your hospitality, Brigitte!!

We stayed 3 weeks at this vacation home. I was able to work online during the weekdays (good internet connection), and take dips into the pool. Couple of items you need to do on your first day; 1) Learn how to work the pool. They had instructions at the house, but we couldn't figure it out so the Property Management sent someone over to educate my husband. After that we were able to enjoy the spa and the pool all throughout our stay. 2) Take picture of the electric meter when you check in the home. The home was cleaned and property were maintained very well. They have landscapers and pool guy come weekly. The Property Manager “Brigitte” was great with the communications. She always texted us back or called. Excellent customer service. I was worried about this property after reading a review about a German Sheppard barking. It was not a problem when we stayed, yes we heard a few barks but for us was not a big deal. I believe the barking was mainly caused by the house next door getting solar panels on the roof. We hope we can stay at this property again next year but for a longer time. We really enjoyed the location being near restaurants and beaches. Thank you allowing us to stay at this home and be safe.

Villa Su Casa
Wir waren Ende Oktober 2018 in Cape Coral und hatten unser Ferienhaus wie immer über Familie Nagel gebucht. Die Villa Su Casa hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, ist modern eingerichtet und ist wie die meisten Häuser im Sunshine-State nahezu komplett ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist, dass der Pool zusätzlich über einen kleinen Whirlpool verfügt. Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Koch-Utensilien ist außergewöhnlich gut, es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage der Villa ist so, dass alle Attraktionen und Shopping-Möglichkeiten in Cape Coral und Fort Myers einschließlich der Strände gut zu erreichen sind. Die Villa liegt direkt an einem der vielen Kanäle ein Bootsdock ist vorhanden. Wir haben uns wie immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Familie Nagel war wie immer hervorragend.

We have arrived back in the UK after out trip to Oregon for Easter with Family.
Thank you very much for your personal attention while we were at Villa Pelican in March. It was much appreciated. We had a fabulous time in the Villa and will be recommending it to our friends should they ever wish to visit Cape Coral. It was exactly what we wanted and delivered fully to our expectations. I even enjoyed doing BBQ meals most nights while enjoying the lovely warm evening weather.

Liebe Familie Nagel,
bereits zum zweiten Mal durften wir nun diese schöne Villa bewohnen. Während wir ja in der Vergangenheit meistens im April/Mai eines Ihrer Objekt gemietet hatten, haben wir dieses Mal wegen der Ferien den Oktober genutzt, was sich ebenso als tolle Reisezeit herausgestellt hat. Das Haus kannten wir ja schon, insofern gab es keine Überraschungen, bei der Übergabe durften wir dieses Mal Herrn Nagel kennenlernen. Mutter und Sohn waren uns ja schon bekannt. Jetzt haben wir die ganze Familie komplett! Das Haus ist mittlerweile etwas anders eingerichtet und modernisiert gegenüber 2009. Das fehlende Grillbesteck und eine Reinigungsbürste für den nagelneuen Gasgriller besorgte Herr Nagel umgehend, so dass unseren Grillabenden nichts mehr im Weg stand. Das Haus ist ansonsten komplett eingerichtet, wenn wir uns was wünschen dürfen, ist es vielleicht ein moderner Fernseher, aber im Urlaub guckt man eh meist nicht so viel. Hervorzuheben an der Villa Pelican ist die sehr gute Lage und das exzellente Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis. Man ist in einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto an den schönsten Badestränden, kann aber auch Fort Myers, die Shopping-Malls oder den Highway für weitere Ausflüge in kürzester Zeit erreichen. „Publix“ ist fast fuß läufig zu erreichen, so dass man nicht verhungern kann. ;-)
Da unser Sohn mittlerweile schwimmen kann freute dieser sich besonders über den schönen Pool, der für Mama und Papa sogar einen Whirlpool bietet.
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen nur ging sie viel zu schnell vorüber.

Das Haus, das ist eine Wucht ! Woanders man so was oft sucht !

Denn wer kann in unseren Breiten im März bei meist kühlen Zeiten,
ins Wasser der Donau will hüpfen, sofort würd’ er wieder entschlüpfen!
Drum fällt der Abschied uns sehr schwer:

Das soll uns jedoch nicht verdrießen,
konnten wir doch Cape Coral genießen !

Der Aufenthalt in Ihrem Feriendomizil hat uns super gefallen. Wir sind mit drei Generationen: Eltern mit Baby (12 Monate) und Grosseltern angereist. Die Raeumlichkeiten und Ausstattung haben uns einen super gepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Genauso haben wir Ihr Domizil auch verlassen. Ihren Pool konnten wir wegen der Kaelteperiode leider nur mit "Schnapp-Atmung" fuer einen Moment benuzten. Cape Coral ist ein beneidenswert schoener Fleck auf dieser Erde.
Wenn Zeit und Geld es uns erlauben kommen wir bestimmt wieder an diesen Ort und Ihr Haus zurueck. In jedem Fall werden wir "Sie" fuer einen Ferienaufenthalt weiter empfehlen.

Liebe Vermieter,
wir haben den Aufenthalt in Cape Coral und speziell in ihrem Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet, die Küche ist vorbildlich ausgerüstet und der Pool traumhaft.
Mit der Fibel der Familie Nagel, die wir in Bibel umgetauft haben, konnte bei den Erkundigungen nichts mehr schief gehen. Die Betreuung war durch Familie Nagel sehr gut. Da wir selber lange Zeit ein Ferienhaus in Griecheland hatten, welches wir ebenfalls vermieten, wissen wir auch wieviel Arbeit, Schweiss und gelegentlich Aerger hinter so einem Projekt steckt.
Wir können nur sagen, Kompliment Sie haben es gut gemeistert!
Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang wirklich heimisch gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

nach langer Anreise haben wir hier ein schönes Haus angetroffen. Leider konnten wir es nur 9 Tage hier geniessen. Aber das haben wir in vollen Zügen mit dem tollen Swimming-Pool ausgekostet.
Land und Leute , sowie die Naturschönheiten haben uns sehr beeindruckt.

nach einer 10 stündigen Flugreise sind wir in Miami-Airport gelandet. Weitere ca. 2 Stunden Autofahrt nach Cape Coral sind wir hier in Ihrem wunderschönen Haus angekommen. Alles ist perfekt gestaltet und ausgeführt - sogar das Wetter.
