Our experience over the past 10 years with My-Dream-Vacation-Florida has been excellent.
We have continually rented at Villa Timeout (10 years) and it meets our needs as to size and location.
The Pool and Lanai, where we spend many hours, is our favorite area!
Brigitte and her team are efficient and accommodate our needs as required.
Any issue, big or small, is dealt with promptly.
We highly recommend MY Dream Vacation Florida.
The Villa Timeout neighborhood is family oriented, quiet and friendly. Shopping is nearby. It's about 30 minutes' drive to Fort Myers Beach, Pine Island and Sanibel and Captiva.

vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung während unseres wunderschönen Urlaubs hier in Florida!
Die bezogenen Betten haben wir aufgedeckt gelassen, einige Handtücher bereits gewaschen und zurück sortiert und die restlichen benutzten Handtücher im großen Bad gesammelt.
Kaputt gegangen ist uns versehentlich das Korkbrettchen, welches Sie auf dem Tresen finden.
Weiterhin alles Gute
Wir kommen gerne in Villa Timeout , fühlen uns wie zu Hause. Es fehlt nichts im Haus alles vorhanden. Auch für den Strand und die Kinder ist alles in der Garage zu finden. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhige Nachbarschaft.
Wir würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Alles war genau so wie erwartet. Check-in reibungslos, obwohl das Haus schon nicht mehr ganz neu ist, gab es beim ersten Betreten diesen "wow Effekt"! Super sauber (dank der portugiesischen Haushaelterin, die wir ebenfalls kennengelernt haben). Liebevoll vorbereitet- von den Stoffservietten und Serviettenringen auf dem Tisch bis zu den Rosetten auf dem Toilettenpapier. Die Kuechenutensilien waren so komplett, wie man sie selten zu Hause hat! 3 Kaffeemaschinen, jede Menge Pfannen und sogar der Vacuum Verschliesser fuer die Weinflaschen warv vorhanden. Der Pool war von den Vorgaengern noch vorgeheizt (am ersten Tag 28 Grad). Super ruhige Gegend mit netten Nachbarn. Einmal haben wir auch die Fahrraeder genutzt. Geheimtipp - Restaurant "Twisted Lobster" ganz in der Naehe. Mit Warteschlange, aber super gutes Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis.
Familie Nagel war stets verfuegbar. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Wie kommen gern wieder!

This home on Cape Coral is the best we've found in 12 years of renting in this area. We rented for 29 nights including Christmas and New Year 2024.The whole property is well maintained and immaculately clean. It's also very well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen ware etc. The master bedroom and ensuite are both very large and the bed is very comfortable. The walk in wardrobe is also spacious.The great room has a lovely high ceiling and the leather sofas are fantastic, with adjustable headrests and footrests.The pool is a good size and with the pool heating on it reached a very comfortable temperature helped by the pool cover which we used every night. The outside seating and sunbeds are in great condition and comfortable to use all day with plenty of towels provided. This home is in a quiet neighbourhood but really close to Del Prado for easy access to shops and restaurants. The property management are easy to deal with and available to help out but we had no problems during our stay. We would recommend this home to anyone staying in Cape Coral and we hope to be able to return soon.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier in der Villa Timeout. Die Villa hat eine perfekte Lage, man ist überall schnell hingefahren. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Uns hat hier nichts gefehlt. Die Kinder hatten Spaß im Pool und es war Pool Zubehör in der Garage , es ist auch alles für den Strand Ausflug vorhanden. Wir würden diese Villa jederzeit wieder mieten. Und ein Dankeschön an die herzliche Familie Nagel, sie waren jederzeit erreichbar wenn es Fragen gab. Leider gingen die 3 Wochen viel zu schnell vorbei.

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Villa Timeout in Cape Coral. Das Haus ist recht einfach und schnell zu finden, durch den Flexiblen Check-In haben wir auch in keinster Weise Zeitdruck auf dem Weg vom Flughafen zum Haus gespürt. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern wunderschön, es ist Sauber und Ordentlich. Zudem gibt es jede Menge nützliche Dinge im Haus, wie Angelruten, Pool-Spielzeug, Fahrräder oder auch Kartenspiele. Der Kontakt zu Brigitte war immer unkompliziert, Sie antwortet schnell und geht auf alle Fragen und Sorgen ein, zudem gibt sie Hilfreiche Tipps zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freizeitaktivitäten oder Ähnliches. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Brigitte buchen. 10/10 Punkten in allen Belangen!

Positiv: Gute und ruhige Lage. Schön eingerichtet. Hat alles, was man braucht.
Großer Pool mit coolem Pooldeck. Mit Deckenventi über Esstisch. Richtig gemütlich. Nicht zu vergessen die sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Verwalter, die Fam. Nagel. Nur zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles.
Negativ: Jetzt ist zwar schon klagen auf hohem Niveau. Kein Plattenweg zum Kanal. Mussten durch Wiese laufen.
Beste Reisezeit: Spring, summer, autumn, winter - Das ganze Jahr.
Restaurant: Henry Ford Garage. - Gemütlich, interessant und der Duft. Ahh!
Ausflüge: Fort Meyers Beach - Baden, Strand, shoppen und gemütlich essen.
Wahnsinns Sonnenuntergänge.

We have stayed in several places in Florida. This is one of the nicest. The house has a great layout- master bedroom suite is on one whole side of the house and kids bedrooms are on the other side. Stocked with plenty of supplies- dishes, pots/pans, utensils in kitchen. The garage had cooler, chairs, fishing poles. We had to use the first aid kit and they had 2, which isn't often supplied other places. The pool area is big and nice to hang out in. The deck is good size and we did plenty of fishing. We caught some turtles (unintentionally) and cat fish. We even saw a manatee swim by couple times. I would highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for our first family vacation with 6 kids. And it was absolutely perfect. No complaints. The kids had a blast swimming and fishing. If we didn’t want to sight see we would have been just fine never leaving the house. Highly Recommend and the house was beautiful

This vacation was mainly for our son and his buddy to enjoy the week fishing in the canals! They had a blast! The home was perfect! Very clean and welcoming! Loved that the lights were on since we arrived so late. Felt like home! Very clean and everything you could possibly need to cook. Enjoyed Cork Soakers for breakfast, Boat House Tiki Bar & Grill for lunch and great music, Iguana Mias for Mexican, & Paradise Pizza was fabulous! Martina & Brigitte were excellent to work with! Highly recommend!!❤

Centrally located and the property manager have thought of everything to help you get acquainted with the home. It is very reasonably priced. Beach chairs, bikes, fishing rods, crab trap fully stocked kitchen you name it
- its there.

Wir haben die Villa Timeout für 12 Tage bewohnt. (Anfang Juni 2017)
Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen auf jeden Fall entsprochen.
Die Bilder im Internet sind sehr reell und keinesfalls übertrieben.
Auch die Beschreibung hat sehr gut gepasst. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und
alles oder sogar mehr war da, was man benötigte.
Es gab genügend Handtücher und Bettwäsche.
Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand, sowohl innen als auch außen.
Es war bei Ankunft sauber gereinigt und alles hat funktioniert.
Wir waren schon gut 10 Mal in Florida und können daher die Fam. Nagel
als Vermieter bzw. Verwalter sehr empfehlen.

My wife and I rented Villa Cape from you last March and we are interested in renting this or another similar villa again this coming March. Our arrival date is Saturday, March 10 and we will be departing on Friday, March 16.
Last year was our first time vacationing in Cape Coral and we absolutely loved the area! The villa was beautiful and suited our needs very well. Hopefully you can accommodate us again. I've been watching air fares (which have risen dramatically this year) and just saw something that is more affordable, but I don't want to book before we have a property confirmed, so I would really appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible.
