Wir haben uns in den letzten 2 Wochen sehr wohlgfuehlt. Von hier aus konnten wir super schoene Ausfluege unternehmen. Auch haben wir den 50. Geburtstag von meinem Mann Joerg hier gefeiert. Ihr wunderschoenes haus laesst keine Wuensche offen - doch vielleicht einen kleinen - zu dem super Schirm ein paar Klappstuehle die mit zum Strand genommen werden koennten. Das waere toll. Kaputt gegangen ist uns versehentlich das Korkbrettchen, welches Sie auf dem Tresen finden.

Wir haben 15 wunderschöne Ferientage mit der Familie in der Villa Catalina verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und bietet alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Wir haben das Haus sehr sauber vorgefunden. Ein Defekt des Warmwasserboilers wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben. Den ersten Kaffee morgens früh in der aufgehenden Sonne am Pool vermissen wir sehr. Das Haus ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Mit Annemarie und ihrem Mann hatten wir prima Ansprechpartner! The Villa Roseagarden is a beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay very much. The boating access is wonderful. It is very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The property manager was very helpful. We would definitely like to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay in Cape Coral and the Villa was absolutely stunning and spacious, bright and very well equipped with everything you need. We also made very good use of the amazing heated pool, hot tub, and the pool table. We also enjoyed very much the outdoor terrace, with the dinning table and the outdoor TV. Brigitte is a fantastic host and was always attentive and quick to respond to any need we had. Thank you again for your great hospitality Brigitte. We felt very comfortable and had an amazing time at your villa and will definitely come back.

We stayed at the Villa Golden Globe for 11 days in March! The property was beautiful and as described. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, very comfortable beds, close to many restaurants, shopping, and beaches. There is a well put together binder of information about the house, attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We loved spending evenings relaxing at the beautiful pool and enjoyed many meals in the lanai.
Brigitte was an outstanding host. She provided details needed for a smooth check in and check out process and was attentive throughout our stay to ensure we were enjoying our stay!
I would highly recommend renting through My-Dream-Vacation-Florida. I plan to return to the Cape Coral area in the future with my family and will definitely rent through Brigitte and Company!

My husband & I along with our 3 small fur babies had the pleasure staying @Golden Globe Villa for a nice relaxing week getaway. This villa is amazing and is just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures.
Brigitte blew us away with the most thoughtful welcome gifts for our dogs, customized dog tags with their names made specially for each one of them. That was truly so kind of her.
This home has plenty to offer and good location.
It could use some window treatments in the kitchen and sliding doors because at night everyone can see right in the house. But overall 5 out of 5 and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was as advertised and look just like the pictures from the site. The kitchen was super well equipped and we were never missing anything for our meal preparations. We were able to easily walk to the Yacht Club beach and enjoyed the beach, the fishing pier and the restaurant. The pool was great and well used by both kids many times each day. We also used the boat dock in the back and the closeness to the water was perfect. The property manager was great and always super response. Overall everyone in our group had a wonderful time.

Everything was perfect for the home being sparkling clean, a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels and wash cloths, instructions with check in and check out were very clear nd the pool was icing on the cake! Beautiful pool setting and we enjoyed many days relaxing and eating in the lanai which included a tv and full view to the pool and canal! The home is very large with plenty of room and overall very comfortable! Brigitte was extremely attentive and easy to reach and communicate with! I would definitely recommend this property if staying in the Cape Coral area.

Wir kommen gerne in Villa Timeout , fühlen uns wie zu Hause. Es fehlt nichts im Haus alles vorhanden. Auch für den Strand und die Kinder ist alles in der Garage zu finden. Die Lage ist perfekt, ruhige Nachbarschaft.
Wir würden die Villa jederzeit weiterempfehlen.
