We stayed at this property from June 25, 2011 through July 1, 2011. Even though the weather was not very nice it didn't really matter because this property is so nice we felt like we were at home. The lanai and pool area are fantastic. It was so nice to just sit out there and enjoy the views of the canal. This house has everything you could possible need and more. I can't wait to go back next year. I've told everyone at work about the property and I couldn't stop talking about how much we enjoyed staying there. Thanks for a great vacation.

My husband, daughter and I had a great time in Cape Coral. This house was perfect for us. It was comfortable and clean with a great location. Royal Invest was an excellent company to deal with. The service was exceptional! We had such a great time that we are going back for a month in 2011 to the same property.

Nice house, nice location, nice comfort (e.g. big Tv-screen, free Internet/W-Lan, sound throughout house - even boat dock, great equipped kitchen,...), very nice pool, spectacular views and sunsets.

We celebreted the 60.th birthday from my husband,it was a very nice time in a wonderful home in a nicly neighborhood..thanks from Switzerland!

When we arrived the house was spotless and music was playing. It was like an oasis after two days of driving. Everything was just as the photos had shown and maybe better. We enjoyed the home tremendously and would go back in a heart beat. The only negative that we found was – that we could only stay for 3 weeks.

Nagel, Ihr Haus und seine liebevoll gestaltete Atmosphäre wird uns in bester Erinnerung bleiben. Es war die perfekt Ergänzung und ein überaus würdiger Abschluss unserer Flitterwochen. Ich habe nach 20 Jahren Sanibel Island wieder gesehen - für meine Frau war es der erste USA Aufenthalt. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Vor allem der ebenso liebevoll gestaltete Aussenbereich und Pool werden uns in den nächsten Wochen und Monaten bestimmt fehlen.

Having spent many years renting villas in different parts of the world, we have found this to be our dream location. Villa Sundance 2 boasts a five star spec and that is exactly what you will you find. Superbly decorated throughout. Each of the bedrooms are fully equipped and has beautiful bed linen. The owners undoubtedly have excellent taste and do not lower their standards for their paying guests. Throughout the villa, pool area and the garden everywhere is immaculately clean. The pool side furniture is of a very high quality and extremely comfortable to the point where you can sleep or read your books, relax and enjoy the beautiful birds in chorus and watch the amazing red mullet jumping in the canal all day long. Our favorite spot in the evening would be to take our bottle of wine down onto the private pontoon and watch the boats return to their docks from having a a day out on the water.. Every thought has gone into this accommodation in offering guests a spectacular vacation. We shall return without doubt.

What can I say about the comments from the other reviewers? Well, having just returned from a fabulous ten days in Villa Sundance 2, I can concur with everything that has been said. The pictures and description accurately reflect the villa in every way. The villa simply oozes quality and taste in every area and more than exceeded my expectations. It is well kept, maintained in an immaculate condition and the attractive gardens plus the outlook onto the canal really makes it a gem. The pool area is fantastic and a great place to unwind with a beer and a BBQ of an evening. Bridgett have obviously put a lot of time and effort into getting the villa to the way it is and has done a great job. Their booking process is slick and efficient and seh was very helpful before we arrived by providing information about the area and answering emails quickly. They obviously care a great deal about their clientele and value your custom. The Cape Coral area is great with lots to do and lots of places to explore. Whether shelling on Sanibel, shopping at the Miromar Mall or simply wetting a line off the dock you should find something to keep everyone happy. Would I recommend this villa to others? In the blink of an eye I sure would. The biggest compliment I can pay is to say that I will certainly be booking again, can't wait
