Upon entering, you're welcomed by a bright, open living area furnished with a cozy sofa set, a smart TV, and a stylish dining area. Large glass doors let in plenty of natural light and provide stunning views of the terrace and canal.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A generous countertop and inviting breakfast nook make this kitchen ideal for social cooking.

Villa Cicero offers accommodation for up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, direct access to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual vanities. Two additional bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds – share a second bathroom, which also serves as a convenient pool bath.

One of the standout features of Villa Cicero is its generous pool terrace. Thanks to its orientation, you’ll enjoy sun all day long. The large, electrically heated pool measures 40 ft x 14 ft and is perfect for swimming or relaxing. The terrace itself offers a spacious 1,900 sq ft, giving you plenty of room to unwind. A covered dining area and BBQ grill invite you to enjoy relaxed meals under the Florida sky.

From your own private dock with boat lift, you can set out on a boating adventure at any time. In under 15 minutes, you'll reach the river, which leads directly to the Gulf of America / Gulf of Mexico.
