Staff conduct interactive eco-adventure tours to educate visitors about the ecological and economic significance of estuarine habitats and aquatic reserves. Sightings often include dolphins, manatees, wading birds, white pelicans, fish, crabs, and other invertebrates.

Habitats explored include seagrass beds, oyster reefs, tidal flats, mangrove forests, and isolated rookery islands. These areas support numerous species—including important recreational and commercial fisheries.

• Fall & Winter: Nature Boat Tours aboard a 25-foot Windsorcraft vessel with a licensed captain and DEP environmental specialist. Duration: approx. 2 hours. Ideal for wildlife observation from the water.
