Accommodating up to eight guests, the spacious home combines modern living with a relaxed Florida lifestyle. An electrically heated saltwater pool, a separate spa, a private dock with a 10,000-lb boat lift, and additional Jet Ski lifts make the villa especially appealing for families, friends, and boating enthusiasts.

With approximately 2,670 square feet of living space, the villa features a bright, open layout with high ceilings and large sliding glass doors that connect the indoor and outdoor living areas. Two separate living rooms provide plenty of room to relax. The first overlooks the pool and is furnished with a spacious three-seat sofa and two blue armchairs. The second opens to the outdoor terrace and grilling area with views of the canal. A three-seat sofa and a loveseat create a comfortable seating area, complemented by a Smart TV and fireplace.

The open kitchen includes a practical island with an additional sink and is conveniently located next to the dining area. Just beside it, a cozy breakfast nook overlooking the pool and canal provides an inviting spot for breakfast in the morning sun. An additional large dining table near the entrance offers more space for shared meals.

The south-facing, fully screened pool deck is designed for spending long Florida days outdoors. At its center is the electrically heated saltwater pool with integrated spa. Several seating and dining areas provide plenty of space to enjoy time together, whether under the covered section of the terrace, on the sun deck, or beside the water.
