Villa Boaters Dream
Ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und dazu in einer tollen Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum River.
Die Betreuung ist ausgezeichnet.
Trotz Hurricane Milton, unsere Anreise war nur einen Tag später, war für alles gesorgt und auch Reparaturen wurden schnell erledigt.
Wir kommen gern wieder.

We have rented Villa Boater's Dream for five years. The house is always extremely clean and well-stocked with kitchen items, and linens. Brigitte and Terek are so pleasant to work with and they respond immediately to any questions we might have or if we need anything at the house. Great value for an incredible property. We needed a relaxing stay and we certainly got that. The house is beautiful and, except for some screens on the pool enclosure, escaped damage from Ian. Neighbors were friendly and pleasant. Neighborhood was in a great area for walking and it was very close to the center of shopping and dining. We highly recommend it.

Stayed with 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was as advertised and look just like the pictures from the site. The kitchen was super well equipped and we were never missing anything for our meal preparations. We were able to easily walk to the Yacht Club beach and enjoyed the beach, the fishing pier and the restaurant. The pool was great and well used by both kids many times each day. We also used the boat dock in the back and the closeness to the water was perfect. The property manager was great and always super response. Overall everyone in our group had a wonderful time.

We really enjoyed our time at Villa Boaters Dream. The house is located in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to boat house tiki bar and grill. It was equipped with everything we needed and more. Bridgette the property manager was very attentive and responded to all our needs during our month stay.

The place was very clean, and well cared for, the kitchen was loaded with everything you would ever need for cooking, Communications with Brigitte was excellent, and timely, we have stayed at many places over the years, and I have to rank this one as one of the best! We enjoyed using the nice heated pool, Bicycles, and while sitting on the boat dock as we saw many fish and stingrays swimming by as we enjoyed our coffee each morning. We loved the stay so much we may try to come down to Cape Coral Florida more often...and definitely stay here again. Thanks for making it the perfect place to stay.

It was a beautiful home that was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. We even saw dolphins swim by one afternoon. Highly recommend.

My wife and I spent the month of January 2021 and really enjoyed, the house, location and pool. Easy walk to the beach and Boat House restaurant. Met tons of great people. We both needed to work and were able to setup offices and had no Internet issues. One room had a desk which was nice.

Very clean, comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Also, the home was beautifully decorated. The location was very good. We enjoyed kayaking through the canal into the river very much. This house had everything we needed.

I was very impressed with the home itself. Tastefully decorated, located in a quiet cul-de-sac. A real home away from home with everything you need and more. Lovely view of the canals, drinking morning coffee on the lanai and watch the fish jump -- most enjoyable. Spend a lazy afternoon by the pool, sharing appetizers and wine at the patio table. Close to shopping, restaurants and any sight-seeing you may want to take in. I loved it!
"Christmas in paradise"
Waking up to coffee by the pool, relaxing while the kids swim. The pool is the perfect size for fun and activities. The patio and lanai are well maintained and equipped with furniture for either relaxing by the pool or enjoying a delicious meal. The bedrooms are very roomy with large closets, very comfortable beds and each room is equipped with a flatscreen T.V. The huge patio doors to the pool and deck area made us feel like we where outside even when we were indoors. Two car garage and well landscaped yard made it feel like home away from home.The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and dishes - nothing has been forgotten in this tasefully decorated home !
Bei diesem Haus stimmt einfach alles. Lage, Ausstattung usw. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Wir hatten tolle Tage und kommen bestimmt mal wieder !!!
Das Haus war mehr als vollständig ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Alles war liebevoll eingerichtet, farblich und stilvoll aufeinander abgestimmt.
Die technische Einrichtung liess keine Wünsche offen, es funktionierte alles problemlos.
Die Betreuung durch die Hausverwaltung war vorbildlich und entgegenkommend, alles lief wie am Schnürchen, so auch der Transfer vom und zum Flughafen, hierfür möchten wir uns nochmals besonders bedanken.
The views from this wonderful villa are amazing, there is always something to watch from Dolphins to Pelicans and jumping fish. When you do go inside the villa is luxurious and you can't help but have a fabulous holiday.
We had the pleasure of spending a week in this beautiful house in July 2011 and our stay was a sincerely a fantastic experience. This is wonderful home is designed for comfort and simplicity. The home met all our needs and more. The enormous master suite, the beautiful decor, the abundance of amenities, and the gorgeous pool all added to the most relaxing weeklong vacation we have ever had. There is absolutely nothing we wanted for. We had the time of our lives here and we never wanted to leave the house. The privacy is amazing. This is a place we will never forget. We loved it so much we are canceling a cruise we had planned and we are returning for another weeks stay with family in November 2009. Thanks for the memories.
This was our 3rd stay in Villa Boaters Dream. Words cannot express what a fantastic time we had - and always have! The house is spectacular and has more amenities than you can use! We swam, watched the beach sunsets of Sanibel Island, bbq'd, relaxed at the pool, rode bikes, and visited a few of our favorite restaurants. We are already talking about next year's visit...this home is worth every penny....WE LOVE IT!!!!
This was the first house that we stayed at maintained at Royal Invest, Inc. and it was absolutely wonderful. Would stay here again. Hopefully very soon!!!
