Local fishermen and crabbers head out daily into the Gulf of Mexico on behalf of Pinchers, returning each night with the best the waters have to offer. This prized catch is a key ingredient in our success. In 2007, we acquired Island Crab Company on Pine Island to operate as our dedicated fresh seafood facility. Owning our own processing facility means we get fish and shellfish from boat to table faster and fresher – whether it's grouper, blue crab, stone crab, or any of the incredible seasonal fish you'll see featured on our daily specials.
