Authentic South American Cuisine with Italian Influence

This very popular restaurant offers guests a mix of Argentine and Peruvian dishes with a touch of Italian recipes as an addition. Chef Mario Maldonado brought the flavors from his Argentine homeland and combined them with the Italian ancestry in his home. He met his wife, who is from Peru, and they opened the restaurant in 2011. With a selection of traditional ceviche, Italian carpaccio, chicharron (fried pork skin), calamari, and other South American delicacies, no one will be disappointed here. Don't forget to take a bottle of the homemade chimichurri sauce with you on the way out!
