Private – Palmira is both well-priced and a beautiful layout designed by Gordon Lewis. Highly acclaimed and immaculately maintained, Palmira features a par-72 championship course played in three nine-hole rotations (Ibis, Osprey, Egret). With 27 holes and five sets of tees, yardages range from about 4,600 to 7,400. Designed to be an exclusive private club, public play is only available on a very limited basis.
The club offers extensive practice facilities, including an aqua driving range, two putting greens, and chipping/pitching complexes with sand and waste bunkers. Instruction is available in both group and private settings from PGA professionals.
The Renaissance Center Club serves as the community hub, featuring a lagoon-style pool, full fitness center, tennis, pickleball, and bocce courts, spa services, dining, and event venues. Members enjoy a complete lifestyle experience both on and off the course.
Membership is structured as an equity model, capped at about 365 golf members. New members typically pay a one-time initiation (around $50,000), annual golf dues (~$9,785), and food & beverage minimums. Social and Dining memberships are also available. Ownership within Palmira is not required for membership.
