Private
Hole-In-The-Wall Golf Club is centrally located in Naples, Florida. True to its name, the entrance is a "hole" in the hedge – understated and exclusive. The club is entirely about golf: there are no tee times and members are welcome to walk the course at any time. Membership is by invitation only, and the sponsoring member must personally request current membership information. Hole-In-The-Wall and Royal Poinciana are among the few clubs in the area that are not part of a residential development, offering a pure and natural golf experience.
Founded in 1957, the club is one of the most traditional private golf clubs in Naples. The 18-hole course was originally designed by Dick Wilson and opened in 1958. A comprehensive renovation led by Ron Forse in 2009 modernized the course while preserving its original character. Fairways are laid with Celebration Bermuda Grass, and greens feature TifEagle Bermuda Grass. The course measures 6,544 yards from the back tees, has a par of 72, a course rating of 71.8, and a slope of 130.
