The Island Country Club is a private golf and leisure club located in the heart of Marco Island. Founded in 1966, it features the island’s only 18-hole golf course, fully renovated in 2017.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Island Country Club, a major course renovation was completed in December 2017 under the direction of architect Kipp Schulties. Every hole was updated and enhanced with more than 75 bunkers and distinctive water features. The 18-hole par 72 layout includes six sets of tees, ranging in total length from just under 4,800 yards to over 6,850 yards.
The redesign has earned rave reviews for its aesthetic appeal, versatility, and playability across all skill levels. The new course masterfully blends the natural beauty of the land and lakes with a modern and demanding golf experience.
