Established in 1959, the Cypress Lake Golf Club is one of the oldest private golf clubs in Fort Myers and a historic landmark in its own right. In 2007, the layout was redesigned by Nathan Grace, increasing its difficulty with a slope rating of 126 and a course rating of 71.9.
The course also incorporates design elements by renowned golf architect Dick Wilson, offering a blend of classic strategy and modern playability. With six sets of tees ranging from 7,032 to 4,715 yards, the course accommodates golfers of all skill levels.
The club features state-of-the-art practice facilities and is one of the few walkable courses in Southwest Florida. It also offers an active tennis program with six lighted Hydro-Grid Har-Tru clay courts, supporting numerous leagues, events, clinics, and lessons for both men and women.
