Villa Mei Jing – Modern Elegance with Tiki Hut & Private Kayak Launch

Villa Mei Jing is an exceptional vacation home in southwest Cape Coral, located directly on a canal. Surrounded by a tropical landscaped garden, the villa truly reflects its name: Mei means beauty or grace, and Jing means calm or tranquility. Featuring three modern bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, the home offers a spacious covered and open terrace with a pool and extras for both active and relaxing vacation days. A highlight is the solar system, which helps keep electricity costs low. At the boat dock with lift, you will find a Tiki Hut with chairs for evening cocktails by the water, a garden swing, and a separate kayak launch.

Living Area & Features

Bright, open spaces with high ceilings. Two comfortable living rooms – one of them with Smart TV. The open modern white kitchen with stainless steel appliances connects directly to the dining area overlooking the terrace.

Outdoor Area & Terrace

Large covered terrace with lounge seating and dining table to fully enjoy outdoor living. The entire terrace is enclosed by a screen enclosure with a so-called picture window. The heated pool with electric pool heater invites you to swim in every season. At the dock, enjoy shade under the Tiki Hut, relax on the swing, or launch directly into the canals with the kayak. A grill is also available.

Es ist alles neu und sauber. Die Lage am Kanal und der traumhafte Bootssteg laden zum träumen ein.
Am liebsten würden wir 3 Monate im Winter hier bleiben statt der 6 Wochen. Vielleicht kann uns der Eigentümer ein gutes Angebot für 10-12 Wochen machen. Die Poolheizung über Solar ist nur etwas für abgehärtete Zeitgenossen.
