Villa Coral Sunshine – Pure Relaxation in Cape Coral

Villa Coral Sunshine impresses with its oversized south-facing terrace, designed as a true wellness oasis divided into multiple zones:

Lounge area with comfortable seating under the covered patio.
Spa area with two sun loungers.
Additional seating by the pool and an outdoor dining area with table, chairs, and umbrella.
A uniquely shaped pool – electrically heated and perfect for relaxing hours.
Spa/Whirlpool is separately built into the terrace and also electrically heated.

This is the perfect spot to leave everyday life behind and fully unwind. Located on a canal with Gulf access, the villa also features a boat dock ideal for your rental boat. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and even outside on the terrace.

Modern Interior & Attention to Detail

The home was purchased in November 2019 by the current owners and lovingly redecorated. A small Zen garden at the entrance exudes peace and serenity.

The new white high-gloss kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances. From the foyer, you enter the living room with TV and comfortable seating. A large glass sliding door opens directly to the terrace.

The separate dining area, open to the kitchen, features a table with 6 chairs for cozy dinners. If you ever want to escape the sun, this area offers a pleasantly shaded atmosphere.

Ceiling fans on the terrace, in the living room, and in the bedrooms provide a pleasant breeze. The bedroom furnishings are modern and timeless. Carefully chosen decorations give this home a unique charm.

Master bedroom with king-size bed, private bathroom, TV, and direct access to the terrace.

Rosen Park – Boat Ramp & Relaxation

This neighborhood park with a large saltwater boat ramp provides access to the Gulf of America / Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River. It is located about 11.2 miles (approx. 18 km) from the Sanibel Causeway Bridge.

The park features:

Two boat ramps, each 30 feet wide & 60 feet long.
57 trailer parking spaces & 31 regular parking spots.

Additionally, the park offers:

A picturesque promenade along the Chantry Canal.
Shaded areas for a relaxed picnic.
Dogs are welcome – perfect for walks with your four-legged friends.

Family of 4 enjoyed the house and location, easy boating access to Caloosahatchee river and the gulf, would rent this location again. If you are renting, ask them to turn pool heater on before you get there, it took 3 days to heat the pool up. We used the hot tub everyday and it was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Villa Coral Sunshine. The house, the furnishings, and the pool area all looked exactly the same as in the pictures which is a huge plus. Pool was large and clean as well as the hot tub. Kitchen was nicely appointed, we had adequate linens and towels. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a super 10 days at Coral Sunshine! Beautiful house, spotlessly clean and an outside space to die for. Pool, hot tub, lanai, grill and gas fire pit all contributed to making this a favorite of ours. Pool toys, floats, beach chairs, fishing rods all provided, all clean and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood too, watching all of the boats on the canal for July 4 celebrations was like having our very own floating parade! Bridgette was easy to communicate with. Would love to be able to return! Thank you!

So happy that we were able to return to the beautiful Coral Sunshine for a second vacation! Our last visit was in June 2021, we had such a great time and the house met our every need for our family of four and Yorkie, that we decided to come back. This trip, we even spotted some manatees in the canal, along with many small lizards hanging out on the lanai and iguanas sunbathing on the sea walls. The house is on a nice quiet street close to a boat ramp and park perfect for an evening puppy stroll. Great central location and on a main canal to see many boaters pass by. We’re already talking about when we’ll return for a third visit!

We had an exceptional stay. Very clean, had all the kitchen items, and very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, we lived in the pool, and had fun bopping around islands. Would stay here again!

Seeing the pictures of this property while I write this review makes me wish my family and I were still there! We had such a nice relaxing stay at this Cape Coral home. The house is beautiful and is well stocked with just about everything you would need including a well stocked kitchen to cook anything you would want. With 4 people we did end up getting more paper products, garbage bags and dishwasher tabs since we spent most our time relaxing by the pool. But this was expected and the house had plenty of everything else. We really enjoyed spending time by the pool and watching all the boats go by on the canal. We spent a majority of our time outside and there was plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, one night it was even cool enough to get the gas fire pit going. We are already thinking about renting this very same house for a trip with my parents, this house would be very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids.

I and my family had a great stay at this house. The property is well located in quiet neighborhood. It's close to shops and short drive to Fort Myers beaches. The house was clean and well maintained. It also has great size pool. We enjoyed our stay there.

First experience with a home rental and the experience was exceptional! This home was beautiful with the living and entertaining part of the home facing a canal with pretty boats going up and down the canal with friendly people waving! Additionally, this home offered an abundance of amenities (screened-in pool, hot tub, and lanai; fishing in the canal). The three bedrooms and two baths were a perfect set up for our family with three adults and two children. It is in such a perfect location (centrally located) that allows you to get to other locations like Sanibel/Captiva, Ft. Myers Beach and even Naples and Marco Island for a drive within minutes up to an hour and we visited every location listed here. We never had an issues. The property manager was always quick to respond prior to our visit to answer any questions or whatnot and would always be available if there were issues! Upon our arrival to the home there was a booklet of instructions and helpful tips and fun locations to visit. The cupboards had everything you would need to cook. I cannot say enough about how amazing our time was in Cape Coral at this home. We will definitely be back to visit soon! Thank you kindly for allowing us to stay at such a beuatiful place.

We enjoyed our stay here for the Thanksgiving week. We rented a boat for two days and loved being able to keep it at the house with easy access out. The location was great for us to walk our dogs each day to the park just a few houses down. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and even had everything necessary to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner!
