Description
The Villa Coral Sunshine captivates above all by it's large, fantastically beautiful terrace. It resembles an oasis of well-being which is divided into different areas. A lounge area with comfortable seating under the covered terrace, a spa area with 2 sun loungers, further seating by the pool and an outdoor dining area with table, chairs and sun umbrella as well as a pool in a fancy shape. The right place to leave the hectic of everyday life behind and to really switch off. Situated at a canal with gulf access, you can also easily dock a rental boat there.
The house was bought by the current owners in November 2019 and lovingly refurnished. In front of the house entrance door is a small "Zen garden" which radiates peace and serenity. The new white lacquer kitchen is equipped with stainless steel electrical appliances. Directly from the entrance area, you reach the living room with TV and comfortable seating. A large sliding glass door gives a view of the terrace
In the separate dining area - open to the kitchen - there is a table and 6 chairs for a nice dinner if you want to escape the sun. . Ceiling fans on the terrace, in the living room and bedroom provide a cool breeze. The furnishing of the bedrooms is modern and timeless. Lovingly selected decorations complete the special flair of this house. The master bedroom has a TV - unfortunately not yet visible on the available photos.
The master area (King) with private bathroom is located on the right side of the house and also has access to the terrace through large sliding glass doors. The other two bedrooms (Queen and 2 Twin) with bathroom in between are on the left side of the house.
For your comfort, you will find the following equipment in the vacation homes in Cape Coral managed by us:
detergent, cleaning products and dish washing sponge
Filling up the dishwasher detergent, the dishwasher taps, the coffee filter and the garbage bags
Cleaning products such as window cleaners, all-purpose cleaners and disinfectants
Spare bulbs
In the kitchen you will find various spices - e.g. salt and pepper
Rosen Park:
This neighborhood park and large saltwater boat launch facility offers access to the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River and is approximately 11.2 statute miles from the Sanibel Causeway Bridge. Each of the two boat ramps is 30' wide x 60' long, and there are 57 boat trailer parking spots plus 31 vehicle parking spaces to accommodate numerous boaters.
The park also provides a scenic location along the Chantry Canal where people can enjoy a picnic and/or take a walk on the boardwalk and watch the boats. The park is also perfect for our four-legged friends. Because dogs are allowed in this park and if there is no boat in the ramp, our four-legged friends also extensively enjoy the cool wet.

Family of 4 enjoyed the house and location, easy boating access to Caloosahatchee river and the gulf, would rent this location again. If you are renting, ask them to turn pool heater on before you get there, it took 3 days to heat the pool up. We used the hot tub everyday and it was great.

So happy that we were able to return to the beautiful Coral Sunshine for a second vacation! Our last visit was in June 2021, we had such a great time and the house met our every need for our family of four and Yorkie, that we decided to come back. This trip, we even spotted some manatees in the canal, along with many small lizards hanging out on the lanai and iguanas sunbathing on the sea walls. The house is on a nice quiet street close to a boat ramp and park perfect for an evening puppy stroll. Great central location and on a main canal to see many boaters pass by. We’re already talking about when we’ll return for a third visit!

The house was so clean and we absolutely loved the pool. Having the dock was also a great feature. The location is great, about 15 minutes to downtown fort myers. I highly recommend this rental to anyone!!

We had an exceptional stay. Very clean, had all the kitchen items, and very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, we lived in the pool, and had fun bopping around islands. Would stay here again!

Seeing the pictures of this property while I write this review makes me wish my family and I were still there! We had such a nice relaxing stay at this Cape Coral home. The house is beautiful and is well stocked with just about everything you would need including a well stocked kitchen to cook anything you would want. With 4 people we did end up getting more paper products, garbage bags and dishwasher tabs since we spent most our time relaxing by the pool. But this was expected and the house had plenty of everything else. We really enjoyed spending time by the pool and watching all the boats go by on the canal. We spent a majority of our time outside and there was plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, one night it was even cool enough to get the gas fire pit going. We are already thinking about renting this very same house for a trip with my parents, this house would be very comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids.

We enjoyed our stay here for the Thanksgiving week. We rented a boat for two days and loved being able to keep it at the house with easy access out. The location was great for us to walk our dogs each day to the park just a few houses down. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and even had everything necessary to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner!
