Villa Belle Paradise – Your Tropical Oasis in Cape Coral
The spacious layout of Villa Belle Paradise with approximately 2,100 sq ft. of living space is sure to impress. Surrounded by a tropical garden with palms and blooming shrubs, this villa is a true oasis of tranquility. The nearby Rosen Park can easily be reached on foot.
Upon entering the house, you’ll immediately notice the almost floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that fully open to reveal the expansive pool area. Designed for perfect outdoor living, the area is furnished with a glass table, six chairs, and four sun loungers. You can grill delicious steaks or burgers on the Jen Air grill while enjoying a cold beer. The electrically heated pool invites you to take a refreshing dip, especially after a long day of shopping. There's even a convenient pool bathroom available.
The villa also features a large terrace along the canal, where you can enjoy "shrimping" (fishing). Alternatively, you can dock a rental boat at the boat dock. In just about 10 minutes, you’ll reach the Caloosahatchee River, leading you to explore the beautiful islands off Cape Coral and Fort Myers Beach – enjoy the adventure!
Floor Plan and Amenities
Villa Belle Paradise follows the typical Florida layout: after the entrance area, you’ll enter the formal living room. To the left is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. On the right side of the house, you’ll find two more bedrooms, a shared bathroom, two formal dining areas, and an additional living room with a TV. The modern white kitchen with a dark countertop features a pass-through window to the terrace.

To ensure your comfort, Villa Belle Paradise comes with the following starter supplies:

Rosen Park – Recreation and Relaxation
Located just a few minutes away, Rosen Park offers access to the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River. With two boat ramps and over 50 parking spaces for boat trailers, the park is a popular spot for boating enthusiasts. The scenic location along the Chantry Canal invites you to take a walk along the promenade or enjoy a relaxing picnic. The park is also dog-friendly, so your furry friends can enjoy the outdoors and the water too.

This house was so great! So much space for my family of 5. Both living rooms have sofa beds which wasn't listed in the description so the kids were pleasantly surprised no one had to share beds. L shaped house all opens up to the pool with walls that disappear giving a great pool/canal vibe when it's not too hot outside. Make note that you are paying the electrical bill during your stay. Kitchen window looking out at the pool also has window opening up to the pool making it super easy to keep an eye on kids in the pool and to collect dishes from every meal we ate on the patio. Also note there is a grill but if you use it, $50 cleaning fee unless you clean it yourself. This canal does open up to the main channel so it was fun to see the various boats passing, although it was not heavy traffic, just the perfect amount to know you're staying ON THE WATER, loved it! Also made it very easy to rent a boat and drive it on the water to the house to pack up for a day on the water. Very quiet neighborhood, about 25 min from major destinations so not too far for great day trips. Wal-Mart and Publix also very close for convenience. Brigette was also very nice helping with any questions and made for very easy check in and check out. Overall, great house, great stay, my kids and husband commented throughout the week how thankful they were I found this house.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note and say just how lovely we find this home. We have been in Cape Coral for two weeks at a other property. It was no where as nice once we arrived. We were very disappointed in that home. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable. My father in law, who is 82 fell abs broke his elbow last week and we need to stay for another week before he can fly home. That’s when I started looking for another property to stay and found yours. Thank you for this very nice, comfortable home. We just loved the extra touches. The little basket of cleaning supplies, the little bottles of shampoo, the kitchen is supplied well and plenty of nice towels. I am hoping we can go home on Tuesday and that our stay is not delayed again. If it is I will contact you for an extension or another home.

Die Aussenterrasse ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich und gut zu nutzen. Besonders der schöne Pool wurde ausgiebig von uns und unseren Kindern genutzt. Sehr schön ist auch der fest eingerichtete Grillplatz auf der Terrasse.
Wenn man ein Boot gemietet hat und zum Meer raus fahren möchte, ist dieses durch einen einfachen, direkten Weg durch den Kanal einfach zu erreichen.
Familie Nagel war immer zu jeder Zeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Wir kommen jederzeit gerne zurück in die Villa Belle Paradise

We traveled for vacation and booked this house and it was absolutely beautiful the check in process was simple and easy and the house had everything we needed pool was nice house was right on the canal we did a lot of fishing . I would highly recommend anyone looking to go to Florida consider staying here as it was top notch
