The dining area set up on the patio is just the spot to start your vacation day with a breakfast in the morning sun and later end it with a relaxed barbecue at night.

Villa Escada is located on a Gulf access canal in SW Cape Coral. The remarkable view from the pool area stretches across a wide intersection of canals. A private dock is available for those who plan on renting a boat. For many visitors to Florida, the dream to play captain just once becomes true, since a regular driver’s license – and a good orientation! – are all that you need before heading out by boat to the Gulf of Mexico and explore the amazing area from the water.
