Description
This spacious vacation home – Villa Sanddollar - is located in the beautiful Four Mile Cove area in SE Cape Coral on a wide Gulf access canal with boat lift. The ECO Park – a 365 acres nature preserve with boardwalk walking trails is only minutes away. Canoe rental are also provided.

The open floor plan offers enough space for up to 6 persons. The living room with dining area, kitchen nook and well-equipped open kitchen is the center of the house. On the right side of the house you will find the master suite with king-size bed, bathroom and walk in closet. The other 2 bedrooms with a bathroom between are located on the left side of the house.
A big slider door in the living room can be opened to the south facing terrace with a salt water pool and spa. Both can be heated with Solar. On the covered patio you will find a table with chairs and lounge chairs are placed around the pool, so you can work on your Florida tint. A Gas Grill where you can barbecue your Steaks or Burgers are also there.
